Kindly note that the Admin/Cleaning Fee  (R495.00) and the Refundable Breakage Fee (R500.00) will only be added on completion of the reservation by Seaside Cottages.

Garages: If available - R100 per day

General:

  • R495 Admin/Cleaning fee charged per cottage rental. Please note this fee relates to the set-up/initiation of the booking; cleaning, sanitising, and inventory preparation; checking after departure.
  • R500 Refundable Breakage Fee per cottage rental: refunded after our staff have checked the cottage.
  • 50% payable in advance to confirm the booking. Deposits must be made by the stipulated date, or the reservation will be cancelled.
  • Balance payable between 7 and 14 days before arrival.
  • Bed linen provided.
  • Towels and kitchen cloths are not supplied. Bring items such as toilet paper, refuse bags, etc.
  • Cottages are not serviced. 
  • PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.

Cancellation Policy - If a booking is cancelled, an administration fee of R500 will be charged.

  • More than 60 days before arrival - refund of deposit less admin fee.
  • Less than 30 days before arrival - no refund.  We would consider moving the booking to alternative dates.
  • If the cottage is re-let, the refund would be pro rata.
  • Seaside Cottages reserves the right to alter tariffs without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.
  • Please note that should you deposit cash into our account, the bank’s cash deposit fee will be deducted from your breakage deposit.
  • NB: By making payment for your booking, you are accepting the terms and conditions herewith.

Kindly note:

The admin/cleaning fee (R495.00) and refundable breakage fee (R500.00) are NOT AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED by our online Nightsbridge booking system, but are added manually to the total amount for your booking. Credit card transactions will therefore be processed by us with the addition of the admin fee and breakage deposit.
